It's amazing how quickly they grow up...
The Yearbook staff at Burns Middle School is now accepting orders for personal and business ads in the 2009-2010 yearbook, so it's time to choose photos and start working on your message of congratulations, pride and love.
Should you decide not to purchase a personal ad, we ask that you consider placing a business ad.
Ask your favorite places of business, your employer, your friends, and/or your relatives if they would consider advertising in our yearbook. All ads placed are considered a tax deduction.
Express friendship, love or congratulations to the special student in your life with a personal ad in the yearbook. This is open to any grade level. Select the desired size, and personalize the ad with your own message and photo(s). Instructions for submitting ad materials and payment are provided below and on the back.
•Ø MESSAGE must be written or typed on form on the back. You may include a rough sketch of the desired layout.
•Ø PHOTOS should be good quality and can be reduced or enlarged to fit the space. Because we cannot guarantee return of photos, please send a copy of valuable pictures.
•Ø ARTWORK should be black or dark ink. Please note that many colored illustrations and newspaper clippings may lack adequate reproduction quality.
•Ø COPYRIGHTED material cannot be reprinted in the yearbook.
•Ø Contact the yearbook adviser for specific guidelines before submitting DIGITAL FILES.
Sharing your pride is easy:
1. Decide which size ad and which design you want.
2. Collect the photos you want to use and compose the message to fit the ad space.
3. Read all instructions for ad submission.
4. Complete the Ad Order Form on back; send it in with payment, photos and your message.
Please submit message/photos in an envelope with this form and return to adviser by 12/11/2009.
The deadline for receipt of completed ad materials is Friday, December 11, 2009 but the Yearbook staff cannot guarantee that space will be available until that date. Ads will be accepted in the order in which they are received. Ad materials received after the pages are filled or after the due date will be returned immediately.
