BURNS MIDDLE- EYE Program Receives a $20,000 Water-shed Grant

The Mobile Area Education Foundation (MAEF) will implement Exploring Sub-watersheds within the Mobile Bay Area project through a grant funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Coastal Services Center (NOAA CSC). MAEF will be working with sixth grade students in the Engaging Youth in Engineering (EYE) program to design a process that would minimize negative impacts of human activities on watershed habitats.
